Arrival & Departures: Check in time is between 4 and 8 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m. Guests planning to arrive earlier than 4:00 pm or later than 9:00 pm are asked to advise the office in advance so that satisfactory arrangements can be made. Yes, room check out is by 10 a.m. but guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds afterwards.

Cleaning Fee:Stays shorter than one week are subject to a $50 cleaning fee.

Booking Fee: one-time fee of $50.

Lodging Deposits: To confirm a reservation of one night, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. For longer stays, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the remaining deposit has not been received by that date, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the Cancellation Policy. If there are fewer than 60 days remaining before your visit, the full 100% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size and remote location, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance to fill the space. For these reasons, we have a strict cancellation policy.
If a cancellation is made 60 days prior to your arrival, we will offer a refund of your deposit, minus a 10% handling fee. Or you may elect to apply the balance to a future stay within the next year.
If a cancellation is made less that 60 days before your arrival, every effort is made to rebook the room. When the room is rebooked and confirmed with payment, all monies will be returned. If not rebooked, all monies are forfeited.
If you arrive late or leave early, you are still responsible for all nights booked from your intended stay.
