Patty is a small, cute cottage perfect for the solo traveler or a couple who prefers to spend their days outside. Featuring a double size bed, Patty can sleep 1 or 2 people. Patty has a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen for cooking and a screened porch to enjoy the breeze from the lake. A short walk from the lake, Patty offers easy access to all the features of Ampersand Bay. In keeping with the peaceful nature of the surrounding area, Patty does not have TV.

A summer rental only, Patty does not have a heat.
