is located on the front lawn directly on the lake. There is nothing between you and lake except a short stretch of grass. This grand cabin features classic cedar beam and post cathedral ceilings over the spacious living area that has couches, chairs, and a fireplace. The décor is rustic, with hand-hewn cedar log through out the cabin. From the living room, look through the large panoramic windows, or walk onto the large, private, screened porch that faces the entire 5 mile length of Lower Saranac Lake. Cedar has a large kitchen with dining area, living room and two bedrooms downstairs. In the first bedroom you will find a queen size bed and and comfortable rocking chair. In the second bedroom are two twin size beds. Hidden amongst the cedar beams, a step ladder gracefully descends from the ceiling when you need to access the second floor. Once in the sleeping loft, you will find two more twin size beds.
